BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT: ✅ DO: • Arrive with clean lashes (no makeup, mascara, eyeliner, or oils) • Shower before your appointment • Wear comfortable clothing (you’ll be laying down 2–3 hours) • Bring a photo or idea of the lash look you love • Silence your phone or set it to vibrate • Arrive on time to receive the full service • Come with bare eyes and clean skin around the eye area 🚫 DON’T: • Wear mascara or eye makeup • Drink caffeine right before your appointment (it can cause eye fluttering) • Use lash serums, oils, or eye creams the day of • Arrive with contacts in (glasses are recommended) • Bring extra guests or children • Touch or rub your eyes during the service ✨ AFTER YOUR LASH APPOINTMENT + CARE✨ Proper aftercare is key for long-lasting, healthy lashes 🕒 FIRST 24 HOURS: • Keep lashes completely dry (no water, steam, sweat, or humidity) • Avoid hot showers, saunas, workouts, and swimming • Do not touch, rub, or play with your lashes • Avoid sleeping face-down or on your side if possible 🌿 DAILY CARE: • Clean lashes 2–3x per week with a lash-safe cleanser • Gently brush lashes daily with a clean spoolie • Sleep on your back when possible or use a silk pillowcase • Be gentle when washing your face and removing makeup 🚫 AVOID: • Oil-based products around the eyes • Waterproof mascara • Lash curlers • Picking, pulling, or twisting lashes • Rubbing eyes or sleeping on your face 🔁 FILLS & MAINTENANCE: • Book fills every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness • Arriving with 40% or more lashes helps avoid a full set • Proper aftercare = better retention + longer-lasting sets.
